The situation is familiar: Guests at the restaurant would like to know when their food is ready and summon a waiter. The waiter goes into the kitchen, asks the kitchen staff and goes back to the guests. Elsewhere in the restaurant the food is unfortunately delayed, and the kitchen staff would like alert the waiter to give notice of the delay. Both situations are well known and both situations waste time. Time that can be spent better: Attending to customers, selling and for preparing food.
Multi Call System makes it possible to coordinate all communication between the kitchen and serving staff.
How the multi call system works
Each waiter is equipped with a pager, and via a terminal in the kitchen, the chef can contact individual waiters.
When a waiter places an order, the food is prepared, the chef then calls the specific waiter on his pager. The waiter fetches the food and it is served to the guest immediately and efficient.
The pagers can be set to either vibrate, beep or both and can be reset manually or automatically. They can also be connected to several terminals.
Financing
We offer financing: Investment may be spread over a number of months. The system can also be rented in a
2 or 3 year period, with or without purchase rights.
Installation
The system is plug and play. Installation is simple and easy. Clear and concise instructions are included.
