Entrance Registration System

Advantages of Entrance Registration System

  • Always 100 percent certainty when it comes to admissions
  • Always a solid feeling of trust between staff and management
  • Always 100 percent match between the number of paid entrance fees and number of 'actual' customers
  • Always perfect track of the guest count - the turnstile can be reset via a PIN code
  • Always glance in the log if power is interrupted - or consider using the receipt printer
  • Aways keep track groups of guests - the turnstile can connect up to three stamps, e.g. for general visitors and VIP guests. Each stamp is attached to its own counter - but all in the same turnstile.

Efficient control and higher profit – all with a simple registration system. Entrance Registration System allows you to register all guests upon their entry –to your benefit as well as theirs.

You probably know the situation: Guests are waiting outside the nightclub, the concert arena or the disco. They are looking for a quick entrance and it can be challenging for the staff to handle and keep track of payments, when the guests all want to enter at one time. A guest might enter without paying, and it can be difficult to estimate how many guests have in fact entered.

This is how it works: Entrance Registration System is an electronic turnstile. The guests receive a stamp on the hand at the entrance - the stamp is connected to an electronic counter, ensuring 100 percent compatibility between entrance fees and the number of guests. The turnstile can also be used as documentation towards fire authorities and other public authorities.

Mounting

Plug & Play - The turnstile is connected to 230 V, the PIN code is entered on the turnstile itself, and then it is ready for use. When touching human skin, the turnstile registers the guest and it shows in the display. Re-entering the same PIN code resets the turnstile.

Adding ink

Add only a little ink on the pad. The pad should never be wet, just damp. With the right amount of ink, only the text on the stamp will be in contact with the ink. After use, clean the stamp with clean water and wipe it with a paper towel to avoid ink residue. Be careful to always read the number on the turnstile before cleaning
